Kristi Schumacher, Structural Integration practitioner

Meet Kristi

A lifetime of listening
to how bodies move.

Since 1994, Kristi Schumacher has helped people of all ages navigate the aches and pains of sports and life.

Today, Kristi’s work is fascia-focused Structural Integration. She helps athletes and everyday people explore more mobility, energy, balance, and freedom of movement by working with patterns that no longer support them.

Her background in dance and fitness brings a nuanced view of the body, along with deep kinesthetic knowledge and an enduring curiosity about how each person moves through the world.
