Your session

Come as you are.
Leave with new options.

Sessions are a collaborative space to notice what your body is doing and explore what may help it move with more ease.

A calm Structural Integration treatment room
01

Begin with assessment

Each 60 to 90 minute session includes a postural assessment and conversation about what brings you in.

02

Hands-on work

Kristi works with her fingers, hands, and forearms on a massage table, and sometimes a bench, to address tissue that may be held or restricted.

03

Movement education

You may explore simple movement and awareness along the way, so the work can connect to how you move outside the session.

What to wear

Your comfort matters.

Sessions are done clothed, with positions changing throughout the work. Choose flexible, non-sliding clothing without many constraints. Many women are comfortable in a bra and underwear, or a loose camisole with bathing suit bottoms. Men may choose shorts or briefs.
