The work
Make room for a body
that moves with you.
Structural Integration is hands-on therapy focused on fascia, the connective tissue that links and supports the whole body.

A whole-body approach
Patterns do not live in one place.
Posture, injury, stress, repetition, and the habits of everyday life can shape the way you move. Structural Integration works with the body’s fascial network to help restore its gliding movement and support more balanced biomechanics.
Kristi’s approach brings together careful touch, postural assessment, and movement education. The work is specific to you, whether you are looking for help with long-held tension, movement restriction, or a more integrated way of moving.

A series, or a single session
There is no one right starting point.
Some people choose one or a few sessions for their immediate needs. Others take part in a classic 12-series, a progressive sequence that gives the whole body time and attention.
